1:1 Somatic Healing

Work with Shaina 1:1 to transmute and release stored trauma and emotions through a unique and intuitive combination of both energetic and physical healing modalities including:

chiropractic adjustment
cranial sacral therapy
myofascial unwinding
visceral manipulation
somatic trauma resolution

Sessions for returning clients are 75–90 minutes, and for new clients, 2 hours. Most clients only require one session per month.

a gathering.

This unique and evolving monthly gathering is for Womxn seeking connection, support, and healing within a nurturing community. Each month, we explore a new topic with the intention of collective and personal healing. Together, we reclaim our truest, wildest, and most authentic selves, held in the sacred embrace of Womxn healing side by side.

This is an in-person gathering that meets monthly, open to any Womxn seeking community, belonging, and transformation.

Course: Womxn's Wheel of Life

Explore the 13 feminine archetypes we travel though in our lives as Womxn. The Womxn's Wheel of Life is a sacred container of healing the shadows and wounds of these archetypes and embodying the fullness of the power and gifts of each.

This is a cohort group that meets in-person monthly.

Sliding Fee Scale

This is a process of deep healing, weaving together chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, myofascial unwinding, somatic guidance, and intuitive energy work to restore balance across your emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies. Most physical pain arises from energetic and emotional imbalances. By tending to these deeper layers, the body can heal with greater ease and harmony.

In my private 1:1 sessions, I offer a nurturing, attuned space for you to explore your inner landscape, release what no longer serves you, and embody your wholeness. Healing often requires moving through the veils of wounds and trauma to reconnect with your most authentic self. I guide this journey intuitively, providing hands-on care and practices to support your healing beyond our time together.

Sacred Circle is a place for womxn to connect with our truest selves and to one another. We are womxn birthed from the Great Mother, we are her Daughters, remembering and weaving the power of the sacred feminine into all of Life. We are forever ebbing and flowing, going in and out like the tides. We need regular gatherings with womxn to re-member our true sacred feminine nature. These sacred circles are a place to gather and ground, root and grow, to shed and be reborn. Gather with us and contribute to weaving the sacredness back into yourself, each other, and Life as a whole!

This sacred space is created for healing, transformation, and remembering your wholeness with compassion. It’s a journey to reconnect with your True Feminine, embodying her full power- both light and dark, wild and nurturing- and unlocking your innate strength. If you’re in a place of transition or awakening, feeling the call of the Divine Feminine but unsure how to embrace her, this space is for you. It’s not about being told what to do, but about being held in a container for your becoming. It’s about honoring your soul’s path, embracing both the fear and the freedom of your journey.

This is a deep, safe space to pause, soften, and open to your innermost depths- the vulnerable, tender places that are ready to heal. Here, you’ll be supported by compassion and sisterhood, exploring your rhythms in tune with the Earth, the moon, and your own cycles. Together, we honor your transformation, trusting the journey and supporting one another along the way.

This 12-month soul journey is for those ready to reconnect with their rhythms, nourish their body, and remember their sacredness. There is so much external noise going on and there are sooo many people that have beautiful gifts to offer.
